Bad day yesterday- tho I feel great in myself still...but the hives got worse and spread all over my face and neck- I must really have tonnes of toxins in me.
My face felt much better this morning- so I decided to make up a flannel of aloevera...big mistake! Maybe I'm allergic to aloe..as come to think of it 2 days ago is when I first starteded taking it thinking it was going to help flush out the toxins! booo.
wont be posting tomorrow but day after.
Still no more weight loss but feeling great.
